We will hold your room reservation until 600pm Manila local time on the day of scheduled arrival unless you advise us of your late arrival time or have prepaid for your unit as a guarantee. Otherwise, we will release your room.
ANY CANCELLATION MUST BE MADE MINIMUM 3 DAYS PRIOR TO THE ARRIVAL DATE. OTHERWISE, ONE NIGHT CHARGE WILL BE ASSESSED. ANY NO SHOW WILL ALSO BE ASSESSED ONE NIGHT CHARGE. A 3% FEE WILL BE ASSESSED ON FULL REFUNDS.

Understand our Cancelation Policy
Broadway adheres to a strict cancellation policy, wherein any cancellation must be made minimum 3 days earlier to the arrival date, otherwise one night fare will be charged for cancellation. The company is also entitled to deduct 3% fee on full refunds.
Rooms will be reserved until 06:00 pm Manila local time, on the day of scheduled arrival, unless any such notification of late arrival is made. Otherwise, the room will be released soon after the time lapse. You can make prepayment for your unit as a guarantee to avoid such circumstances.
